Quality: Courmatt International, Inc., precision CNC drills are manufactured, using a special grade of Carbide, which allows longer tool life and exacting tolerances. Not all diameters are offered on this special, please call, fax and or email your requests for further contract pricing.

Technical Support: Provide us with the material you are machining and we will provide you with the proper feed speeds to increase tool life and your company’s productivity.

Service: Courmatt International, Inc., has a complete CNC service facility for all CNC machine tools. Solid Carbide tools are serviced in only 2 days, using the same equipment when the tools are manufactured, which ensures exacting tolerances. PCD tools are re-tipped or serviced in only 10 days. Insert knives are serviced in only 5-10 days.
